Three generations of furniture.
When the company was founded, furniture was delivered in town and we would stay to assemble it in the customer’s home.
Sixty years later we do the same thing, with a few more trucks. We design our furniture, have it produced to our specifications, taking care of the design and every detail, from dimensions and materials to packaging, and we sell it directly. No wholesalers, no showrooms to maintain (even though we love it when you come to visit us), no markups that have nothing to do with the furniture you are buying.
We chose the name for this very reason: it seems crazy to sell an extendable ceramic table at that price. It’s not madness; it’s just that we are the only ones to touch it before you do.

Delivery times depend on product availability and the destination area. The estimated timeframe is indicated on the product page and in the order summary. Once the goods have been handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking code to follow the shipment until delivery.

Yes. Shipping throughout Italy is always free: the price you see on the site is what you pay, with no extra delivery costs added at checkout. If you prefer, you can also choose free pickup at our office in Lendinara (RO) when making your payment.

Our products are shipped disassembled and packed to travel safely. Inside the package, you will find all the components and instructions for simple assembly.
If you encounter any difficulties during assembly or notice that a component is missing, write to us at support@pazzodesign.it: we will help you resolve it.
How much does it cost to make a return?
How much does it cost to make a return?
In the event of a withdrawal (returning a product you no longer wish to keep), the cost of organizing the return is at the customer's expense. Pazzo Design Srls will inform you of the amount, which will be deducted during the refund process.
The situation is different if the product is defective or non-compliant: in that case, the return and the replacement or repair will be provided at no cost to you.

When you receive the item, always check that it is intact, even if you do not assemble it immediately. In case of damage or missing parts, notify us as soon as possible by writing to support@pazzodesign.it.
We ask that you include your name, order number, and attach photos of the damage or the missing component. This will allow us to address the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

All our tables and the console are made of melamine-faced chipboard, with an extending system (the runners) in galvanized metal. Two tables, Alexia and Bea, are the exception, as they have metal legs and a graphite grey ceramic top (like the extensions).
The chairs are made of different materials depending on the model: Alberto is entirely in polypropylene; Alix has metal legs, while the seat and backrest are in polypropylene; Andrea has a seat and backrest upholstered in eco-leather and wooden legs; Giovanna has a polypropylene seat, an eco-leather cushion, and wooden legs.

Yes. All products are covered by the 24-month legal warranty of conformity from the date of delivery, as provided for by European and Italian consumer protection legislation. The warranty covers any defects in conformity or manufacturing.
Damage resulting from drops, impacts, improper use or use not in accordance with the intended purpose, poor maintenance, or normal wear and tear is excluded. To activate the warranty, you must keep the proof of purchase (invoice or receipt). In case of a defect, contact us at support@pazzodesign.it, describing the problem and attaching some photos.

When your order is handed over to the courier, we will send you a tracking code (via email and/or SMS) that allows you to follow the delivery status in real time. If you have registered, you can also find shipping information in your private account area.
